As a certified member of the female sex, I would love to say that women are as honest as they come. But if I did say that I’m afraid that God might strike all of my marc Jacobs heels with a lighting bolt. The fact of the matter is, brace yourselves, women lie too! As shocking as it may seem guys, women probably do just as much ling as you, only the vast majority of us are good at it. For the most part these tall tales are little white ones that are only meant to spare feelings, but in other cases they are uses to obscure ulterior motives. There are so many variations of these little white lies that it would take me ages to list them all, so instead I decide to give you the top five lies that women tell most frequently. Oh, and by the way, if you catch your girl up in one of these, don’t tell her I told you.

I Love your friends

Everyone understand that friends can and will be a big part of any relationship. She has hers and you have yours. And for the most part she may genuinely get along with them. But there is always one, and trust me, there will be one, that she can not stand. Usually they are the type that would be deemed a bad influence on you, which is one of the major reasons that she would hit them with her car if she ever thought that she could get away with it. But why keep it a secret? Most women understand that friend are far and few in between, and even though they may not be the influence on you, that trying to separate you from them can only lead to huge arguments. Your friends can be a sticky situation. They can either be your girlfriends worst enemy or her biggest asset.

Your the best I’ve ever had

Now, this may not always be a lie. This must be said upfront. You may be the best she has ever had, but nine times out of ten, that’s a lie. Women say this to make you feel better about yourselves. And before you go off on a tangent about how there is no need to lie, picture your girlfriend telling you that her previous boyfriend was way better in the sack than you could ever dream to be. Smarts doesn’t it. Well this is why we lie. It’s only done to spare your feelings and avoid the confrontations that will eventually occur over her not enjoying your sex as much as someone else’s. But don’t try to prove her wrong fellas, women stick to their guns on this subject. She will keep with the lie until the end.

I like you just as you are

Please! Unless you looked in the mirror this morning and magically had Brad Pitts good looks, George Cloony’s charm, Matthew Mcconaughey’s body, and Mill Gates career, there is always something that your woman would like to change about you. Women, unlike men don’t really focus on the physical if they are being stimulated the right way mentally and emotionally. But trust and understand that just like you enjoy big breasts we love washboard abs, and a keg instead of a six pack does not exactly turn us on. But the lie is told to make you feel good and confident in yourself. And that is not always a bad thing.

Now this lie is a tricky one. And the eyes will tell all. So if your not good at reading your woman’s’ eyes you are pretty much screwed. Many times when an altercation occurs, we get very upset but don’t want to talk about it so we give the preceding response instead. Now sometimes, after a talk or argument has been had, we may genuinely say such a thing, while other times it may just be a ploy. Don’t be foolish enough to cheat on your woman and belive her when she says that she is not mad. Your just asking for trouble in this case.

Moneys not a big deal

Yeah, when hell freezes over and Bill Gates is on welfare. Money is a huge deal. As women we would like to believe that we are above the social climate that dictates that with money comes happiness, but the truth is that we are not. Now don’t get the situation misunderstood, money is not all that matters, but it is a big deal. No matter what any women says, they would like to feel like they can be taken care of, even if they don’t have to be. Every woman still has that little girl inside of her who wants to be winded and dined and swept of her feet, and a minimum wage job does not fit well into that picture. But the lie that is told is not so much to you as it is to ourselves. We would like to believe that we are not that shallow, but to a certain extent we are and have always been so.
